Every year, I see people dive into spring cleaning. You make these huge lists of things to clean in the hopes of setting yourself up for success for the rest of the year. And while I do see the value in some spring cleaning, in some ways I think it’s another way that we can make ourselves feel bad about the state of our homes by not doing “enough”, compared to what we think others are doing.
